Whereever It Leads by Adriana Locke released today!

Title: Wherever It Leads
Author: Adriana Locke
Genre: Contemporary Romance
 Release Date: February 15, 2016

Blurb

Smooth. Sexy. Irresistible.

Those qualities equal only one thing.

Big. Freaking. Trouble.

Brynne Calloway knows that anything that seems too good to be true usually is. Fenton Abbott and his cashmere voice, Adonis body, and a magnetism like no other clearly falls into that category. But what’s life without a little risk?

It was supposed to be a rebound, an uncomplicated escape from reality. But nothing ever goes as planned. Fenton turns out to be so much more … in ways Brynne never sees coming.

Excerpt

The plane begins its ascent, the engines roaring to life. Fenton whips out a file from his briefcase and gives it a once-over. Again, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do and it's killing me.

I pull my Kindle out of my bag and try to become invested in a second-chance romance about a rock star, but it's nearly impossible sitting next to him. Each time I become engrossed in the words, he moves and my senses are assaulted by his proximity. The third time this happens, I search the ebook for 'cock' and start reading a sex scene. I need some form of undoing and if that has to be done via fictional character, so be it.

The heroine is taking the hero into her mouth when a low rumble radiates beside me. Startled, I look up and see Fenton smirking.

"What?" I push the power button on my e-reader and place it on my lap. I realize the jet has leveled off and it's quiet in the cabin. "What are you looking at me like that for?"

"Just wondering what you're reading."

"Why?"

"Because," he says, his eyes darkening, "your entire posture changed. Your lips parted, your breathing became labored. I'm intrigued."

"I don't think you'd be interested in this."

"Trust me—if it gets that kind of reaction out of you, I'm definitely interested."

Dragging in a lungful of air, I remember Presley's pep talk and decide I have nothing to lose.

I switch on the tablet and find the page. "She drew his cock into her mouth, stroking his shaft as she licked a pool of semen from the tip." I glance over my shoulder and his eyes are wide. I wink. "A growl escaped his throat as she stroked his velvety length, running her tongue—"

"Enough." He snatches the Kindle from my grasp and places it on his briefcase. "Fucking hell, Brynne. Do you want fucked right here?"

Hello

Wow it's been a while since I posted last. A lot has gone on in that time. Birthdays, Halloween, car accident, moving, Christmas, New Years, book deadlines, NaNoWriMo attempt and TONS of doctor visits because of the car accident.
Well, I am hoping to get more active on here, I will (hopefully) start posting about releases, interviews, book reviews and movie reviews, and of course anything else I want to talk about.

I just posted a new review on my review section for Lori Ryan's book Promise and Protect. (Heroes of Evers, Texas Book 2)
The link will take you to the purchase page on Amazon. It's worth the read!

Be on the look out, I'm in a book called Short and Sweet: Collection of Clean Romances. I wrote it with six other authors. I'll post about it again in a bit.

Be Back Later.

A former psychiatric hospital where the doctors performed untold terrors on the patients.
Armed with just your flashlight, cell phone and wits…
Do you dare adventure in?

In One Final Breath, a father is searching for his daughter. She was last seen outside of St. Mary's School for the Gifted, A school she once attended until.... children started to disappear.
Join a scared dad as he searches for his daughter using just a flashlight, cell phone and his wits as he searches through the abandoned school, peaking through cracks, tip-toeing past creatures and searching for anything that may tell you what is going on.

Dark Day Interactive, the company that created this game, wanted as much realism as possible. So they researched abandoned hospitals to get that feel in their game.

You don't use any weapons, it's a stay quiet concept. If you get spotted you run... or die
Dark Day Interactive made sure to add in

- SNEAK, STUMBLE AND STALK YOUR WAY THROUGH THE GAME IN FIRST PERSON -with future support for Oculus Rift.
- SNOOP AND PEEK - venturing deeper into Saint Mary's, you will come across holes and cracks in the walls, looking through them might reveal the safety of the room or an important item....but tread carefully, it's never nice to spy on others...
- TRUE HARDCORE SURVIVAL MODE - no weapons, no armor, no easy means to protect yourself from the horrors that lurk within the school.
- DISCOVER CLUES AND ABANDONED ITEMS - piece together the troubled history of the school and its past as a hospital.
- YOUR PHONE REVEALS THE TRUTH - use the camera of your phone or tablet to find clues or discover hidden texts. Some things are best left in the dark...
- SHATTERED MEMORIES - Items you find along the way will reveal a glimpse into the past if placed is certain areas.

Popular Voice Actors!

Dark Day Interactive wanted the best voice actors for their game. So they chose two very experienced people.

Dark Day Interactive needs your help!
They have joined with Kickstarter to raise money so they can release their game to a wider audience.
Their Goal is $20,000 to release on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One
And the more support they get means releases on more consoles!

Completely Possible if you share this with your local gamers!

Here is how they break it down!

Getting to Know You! Please welcome Author Teresa Reasor

Hello everyone! We have Teresa Reasor with us today.
Teresa.jpg
She is here to do an interview so we can get to know a bit about her. She will be answering questions about her books, writing in general and a few random questions as well.

What is your latest book?

Whisper In My Ear
cover.jpg
It’s a Contemporary Romantic Fantasy.

What is it about?
It’s about a Mermaid and a Siren. Both have been forced to live on land and hide what they are and pretending to be human. Both have been isolated by their special genetic abilities and in Katrina’s case, by being deaf.

Has it been released yet?
Yes. It was released January 25th.

What was your favorite part while writing this book?
Writing from my Siren heroes point of view. Being A Siren he was used to having women fall at his feet because he could seduce them with his voice. And he has the added advantage of being the lead singer in a band. Forcing him to build a relationship with my heroine, the human way, was fun. Katrina my heroine is deaf so it made him work hard for her affection instead of using his special gifts to seduce her.

Any certain part stick with you?
The ending. It’s important for the reader because it’s the last thing in your book they’ll read and remember. It’s important to me because I want my characters to experience the emotional closure to their story. Or in the case of Whisper In My Ear—it was the hope for more to come for Drew and Katrina. And in this particular book, I was even able to give my villain a poignant ending to his story.

What is the hardest part about writing for you in general?
Leaving my characters behind once I’ve finished the book. I get very emotionally attached to them and I don’t want to say good-bye. That’s why I’ve loved writing my SEAL Team Heartbreakers Series. I haven’t had to give them up because I can revisit the team somewhere in each book.

What is your favorite part?
Building my characters. Giving them life. Giving them distinctive personalities.

What is your favorite color?
I love warm colors. Red is my favorite.

What is your favorite food?
Chicken of any kind. I must have been a chicken hawk in a past life.

Any television shows you prefer?
Supernatural, Vampire Diaries, and The Originals. I love vampires and monsters. Mermaids and Sirens.

How do you relax?
I read as much as I write and I’m an artist so I draw and paint. Right now I’m trying to finish the last 9 illustrations for a children’s book I’ve written. ( I have pictures of some of the illustrations if you want one let me know)

Anything big on your bucket list you want to do? Like sky dive, travel or learn a language.
I traveled to Italy my junior year in high school and Scotland and Ireland about 4 years ago. I’d love to return to all those countries and see more of Europe.

Do you have a favorite author?
Nora Roberts- her writing is like music. I love Sandra Brown as well- her writer’s voice is beautiful.

A favorite book?
I have many favorites. But Karen Robard’s One Summer is one of them.
OMG! Johnny Harris is a bad boy and an ex con and I absolutely loved him and the story. It’s set in a small town in Kentucky.
And I’m hooked on Michael Connelly’s Harry Bosch series.

Any kind of genre you love or hate?
I’m an eclectic reader. I’ve read Inspirational to Erotica. If it’s well written, I’ll read it.  But I love romantic suspense the best.

What is your guilty pleasure?
Chocolate. I think it needs to be declared a food group.

Do you have any hobbies?
I paint, draw, and I do quilling which is rolled paper filigree. I make cards and do framed compositions with quilling. Being a retired art teacher there are several other art forms I enjoy as well.

Have you used anything you’ve been through in a book?
My father was in the Marines for 24 years. I’ve used the experience of being a Marine Corps Brat in every SEAL Team Heartbreakers book. I know what it’s like to wait at home for a loved one to come home from deployment. What it’s like to move every 2 ½ years from base to base. I love and have the utmost respect for our men at arms and their families.

Have you been inspired by anyone while creating a character?
I’ve been inspired by so many military men. Marines, real Navy SEALs and personal friends and family who are ex military from many branches of the service.

Do you have any upcoming events? Such as Book signings, appearances or Facebook Events?
Yes. I have a Valentine’s Day event coming up on Facebook. February 13th. There will be 11 of us participating.
